These Terms of Use establish the terms and conditions for the utilization of DevOpsHub ("Website") and any associated content, Public Forums, or services, whether provided through the Website or any mobile application(s) ("Application") (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

These Terms of Use are applicable to end users of the Website, referred to as "Learners," "You," or "Your." Together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions communicated through the Platform, this collective agreement ("Agreement") delineates the relationship and responsibilities between You and the Creator (as defined herein) in using the Platform. Your access to the Platform is contingent upon Your acceptance of this Agreement, so please take the time to review its contents.

The policies and terms mentioned above are periodically updated on the Platform for Your reference, providing insight into how we manage Your personal information. Through your use or visitation of the Platform and the services offered, You explicitly agree to the terms of this Agreement and any subsequent updates.

If You dissent from any aspect of this Agreement or choose not to be bound by its terms, kindly refrain from using the Platform in any capacity.
