Terms of Use

These Terms of Use establish the terms and conditions for the utilization of DevOpsHub ("Website") and any associated content, Public Forums, or services, whether provided through the Website or any mobile application(s) ("Application") (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

These Terms of Use are applicable to end users of the Website, referred to as "Learners," "You," or "Your." Together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions communicated through the Platform, this collective agreement ("Agreement") delineates the relationship and responsibilities between You and the Creator (as defined herein) in using the Platform. Your access to the Platform is contingent upon Your acceptance of this Agreement, so please take the time to review its contents.

In the context of this Agreement, "Creator," 'we,' 'us,' and 'our' collectively refer to DevOpsHub, the entity responsible for creating this Platform along with its contained content, materials, and services.

By entering and using this Platform, You are acknowledging and consenting to abide by the terms outlined in this Agreement, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. The policies and terms mentioned above are periodically updated on the Platform for Your reference, providing insight into how we manage Your personal information. Through your use or visitation of the Platform and the services offered, You explicitly agree to the terms of this Agreement and any subsequent updates.

If You dissent from any aspect of this Agreement or choose not to be bound by its terms, kindly refrain from using the Platform in any capacity.


  1. Access and RegistrationTo utilize the platform, you must be at least 18 years old, or if you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental or legal guardian permission. By using the platform, you confirm that you have obtained the necessary consents/permissions. If you are under 13 years or 16 years (depending on your country of residence), you cannot use the platform or register for any content or services.

   To access any content on the platform, registration is required, involving providing your name and email         address. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle your data. Payment may 

   be required to access certain content. Your registration information must be accurate, and you 

   agree to update it in case of any changes.

The term "Content" refers to any course or session, whether pre-recorded or live, published by the Creator on the platform, including reference materials and text files.

Upon registering for content, you may access discussion forums for exchanging thoughts and knowledge related to the content ("Public Forum"). Participation in the Public Forum is optional.

We reserve the right to refuse platform access or remove content from the Public Forum without notice if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of this agreement.

For platform access and content viewing, a "Supported/Compatible Device" is required, such as a personal computer or mobile phone, meeting system and compatibility requirements. The list of Supported/Compatible Devices may change, and device compatibility may depend on software provided by third parties. Ensure your device is compatible with the platform's systems/software for accessing offered content.


2. License to Use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and view the Content on the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Additionally, if permitted on the Platform, you may temporarily download one copy of any downloadable Content (including Creator Content, as defined below) for personal and non-commercial transitory viewing only.

This license does not authorize you to assign or sublicense the granted license to anyone else. Furthermore, you are prohibited from:

  • Modifying, editing, or copying the Content, Creator Content, or any material available on the Platform.
  • Creating derivative works or exploiting any material on the Platform (including the Content and Creator Content) in a manner not allowed under this license.
  • Publicly displaying (commercially or non-commercially) the Content, Creator Content, or any material from the Platform for commercial purposes.
  • Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software within the Platform.
  • Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the Content, Creator Content, or any material on the Platform.
  • Transferring any material from the Platform to another person or mirroring it on any other server.

For the purpose of this Agreement, “Creator Content” includes audio files, video files, audio-visual files, images, and text materials (such as .doc, .docx, and .pdfs) uploaded or published on the Platform by the Creator for your access. This includes any content/material posted by the Creator in any Public Forum (defined below).

This license will automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time. Upon termination of this license or your viewing of any material on the Platform (including Content and Creator Content), you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.


3 Communications:

The Platform offers Public Forums to facilitate communication among users, including You and other registrants to the Content You have registered for. Utilizing these Public Forums is entirely optional, and by registering for a Content, You are not compelled to participate in the Public Forum. If You choose to engage, You commit to abiding by the terms outlined in the ‘Code of Conduct’ section below and any additional terms published on our Platform. Should it come to our attention that Your conduct violates the terms of this Agreement, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend Your access to any Public Forums at any time, without notice, for any reason.

You affirm and assure that You own and have control over all rights to any content (including, but not limited to, chats, postings, or materials) uploaded or posted by You on the Public Forums or anywhere on the Platform ("Learner Content"), or that You are licensed to use and reproduce such Learner Content. We disclaim responsibility for the information You choose to share on the Public Forums or for the actions of other users therein. You acknowledge and agree that You are solely responsible for the Learner Content, including its legality, reliability, accuracy, appropriateness, and the consequences of its publication.

Moreover, should You post content or submit any Learner Content on the Platform, and unless otherwise indicated by You in writing (including emails) to us, You hereby grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such Learner Content worldwide in any media.


4. Code of Conduct: You agree to the following:

a. Legitimate Usage: You agree to utilize the Platform exclusively for lawful purposes and refrain from engaging in any activities that contravene applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to those concerning data or software export. The Platform should not be used to disrupt, damage, or impair its functionality, and any promotion or encouragement of illegal activities is strictly prohibited.

b. No Harmful Content: Content that incites violence, causes harm, or endangers individuals' safety is expressly forbidden on the Platform. The Platform should only be employed for permitted uses as detailed in this Agreement.

c. No Hateful or Defamatory Content: While acknowledging the importance of exchanging ideas, hate speech or statements that are libelous, slanderous, threatening, violent, predatory, or defamatory, including those that incite hatred based on various attributes, is not encouraged or tolerated on the Platform.

d. Violent and Graphic Content: Content solely intended to sensationalize, shock, or disturb individuals is not allowed. The promotion of terrorist acts or incitement of violence in any form is strictly prohibited on the Platform.

e. Harassment and Bullying: Any form of harassment or bullying, including abusive videos, comments, messages, disclosure of personal information, content aimed at humiliating someone, or sexual harassment, is not tolerated on the Platform.

f. Spam: Posting untargeted, unwanted, and repetitive content, comments, or messages with the intention to spam Public Forums or the Platform, or drive traffic to external sites, is a violation of this Agreement.

g. Scams: Uploading content designed to deceive others for financial gain or engaging in practices of extortion or blackmail is not allowed on the Platform.

h. Privacy Violation: Users are expected to adhere to the Privacy Policy to protect their own privacy and respect the privacy of others.

i. Impersonation: Impersonating another person, including learners, is not permitted. This includes using names, images, documents, certificates, or pretending to be a company or institute.

j. Unauthorized Access or Disabling of Platform: Actions such as disabling, damaging, or impairing the Platform, unauthorized access attempts, or introducing malicious software are strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in the refusal of access, account termination, or content removal without notice.

k. If any breach of these conduct rules is identified, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including refusing access to the Platform, terminating accounts, or removing violating content without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property:

All information and materials provided or communicated to You through the Platform, including Content and Creator Content, constitute the intellectual property owned by or licensed to us ("Creator’s Intellectual Property"). This encompasses trademarks, trade dress, logos, wordmarks, illustrations, letters, images, ideas, concepts, the layout, design, flow, look and feel of the Platform, logos, marks, graphics, audio files, video files, software, and any other data or material made available to You. You are explicitly prohibited from modifying Creator’s Intellectual Property in any manner. Your use of the Platform does not grant You ownership rights to Creator’s Intellectual Property. It is emphasized that Creator’s Intellectual Property is safeguarded by relevant intellectual property laws, encompassing international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other proprietary rights. Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance of Creator’s Intellectual Property, or any part thereof, is strictly forbidden


6. Feedback:

If You provide suggestions, ideas, comments, or questions, including product feedback, regarding any Content, the Platform, or any part thereof, whether through the Public Forum or other means ("Feedback"), You automatically grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right. This right includes the full right to sublicense, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works, distribute, transmit, and display such Feedback in any form. It's important to note that You shall not retain any intellectual property right in any Content, the Platform, or any part thereof, resulting from our incorporation of Feedback into any Content or the Platform. This ensures that the incorporation of Feedback does not confer any proprietary rights to the contributor.

7. Payments and Refunds:

To register/enroll for any Content, a fee may be applicable ("Content Fee"). The pricing details can be found on our Platform. Payment of the Content Fee will be processed through third-party payment processors. Please review the terms and policies of these processors to understand any applicable taxes or additional charges.

Once access to a Content is purchased on the Platform, the transaction cannot be cancelled, and there will be no refund of the Content Fee unless explicitly stated otherwise in our Refund Policy. It is advisable to refer to our Refund Policy for any specific conditions regarding refunds. Reiterating the information provided earlier, we utilize third-party service providers to facilitate payments for purchases on the Platform. It's important to note that we do not capture or store any of your sensitive personal information. When making payments through these third-party payment gateways/service providers, we recommend carefully reviewing their terms and conditions to ensure a clear understanding of the transaction process. This ensures transparency and adherence to the policies set by the payment service providers.

8. Disclaimer:

The Platform is provided to you "as is" and "as available," and with all faults and defects, without any warranty of any kind. The Creator, on its behalf and that of its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

The disclaimed warranties include, but are not limited to, those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any arising out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage, or trade practice. The Creator does not warrant that the Platform or the services and products offered will meet your requirements, achieve intended results, be compatible with other software, applications, systems, or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards, or be error-free.

Additionally, the Creator makes no representation or warranty regarding the operation or availability of the Platform, the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided, or the absence of viruses or other harmful components.

It's important to note that some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so the above disclaimers may not apply to you entirely. In such cases, these disclaimers will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

    9. Limitation of Liability:

    In no event shall the Creator be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Content or any other materials on the Platform, including loss of data or profit, business interruption, or any other consequential damages. This applies even if the Creator or any authorized personnel has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you entirely.

    10. Indemnity and Release:

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Creator, its officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claims, demands, actions, or penalties, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from your breach of this Agreement or violation of any law, rules, regulations, or the rights of a third party.

    11. Links to Third-Party Websites:

    The Creator is not responsible for the contents of any linked site on its Platform. Inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the Creator. Use of linked websites is at your own risk.

    12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

    Any claim relating to the Platform shall be governed by the laws of the Creator's home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the Creator's home jurisdiction.

    13. Miscellaneous:

    a. Alteration of Platform or Amendments to the Conditions: The Creator reserves the right to make changes to the Platform, policies, and this Agreement at any time. Check the Platform frequently for recent changes. You will be subject to the Agreement and policies in force at the time of use, unless changes are required by law or government authority.

    b. Waiver: If You breach these conditions and the Creator takes no action, the Creator will still be entitled to use its rights and remedies in any other situation where You breach these conditions.

    c. Assignment: You may not assign or transfer this Agreement; any attempt to do so will be null and void.

    d. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the Agreement will otherwise remain in effect.

    e. Events beyond our reasonable control: The Creator will not be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from causes beyond its reasonable control.
